~ We want to help you in the best way we can with your pets. In order to do so, please understand that we must implement some rules and regulations.
~ In the event of a daily visit cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 8am on the same day of cancellation. If we do not receive adequate notice, you will be charged the full amount of visit.
~ We do require 48-hour cancellation notice for In-Home Care. If it is less, we reserve the right to retain the 50% deposit.
~ When using our In-Home Care service, we require a 50% deposit ONE week prior to care and the remaining balance at the end of visit.
~ Payment is to be made on the last day of visits each week. We gladly accept cash and checks made out to; Bark, Wag, Go!
~ There is a $35 fee for any returned checks and after 2 returned checks, we will only accept cash as a form of payment going forward.
~ We are always happy to help you out with our pet care services, as well as for your friends and family with their pets. In return, we are happy to offer you $15 off any future visit or service for every new client that is referred by you. Thank you for spreading the word!
~ As we are all aware, New England weather can be harsh. In the event of extreme heat or frigid temperatures, we will take the safety of our Bark, Wag, Go! family into consideration and if necessary, shorten our time outside.
~ Please make all attempts necessary to make sure walkways and steps are free of snow and ice.
~ We will do our best to clean your pet up after a fun time out, but please provide a towel for them.
~ All dogs must be licensed and up to date with their rabies vaccinations. Please provide us with a copy of their current rabies vaccine.
~ We ask for the protection of other dogs, that all dogs be on some form of monthly flea/tick prevention, as well as having received the bordetella vaccination (kennel cough).
~ Please inform us immediately of any illness or contagious conditions your dog may have. We will be happy to switch them to a solo walk until they get the all clear from their veterinarian. We ask all pet owners to please consider your doggies friends and communicate with us to prevent any spread of illnesses, diseases, and/or fleas, etc.
~ Bark, Wag, Go! will not be held responsible for any contagious conditions or illnesses passed along from one dog to another.
~ Please communicate any changes with your pets or schedule to us via email to: Donna@BarkWagGo.com
~ In the event of an emergency, Bark, Wag, Go! will make all attempts possible to reach you, but if we are unable to, we will take them to seek appropriate veterinary care. Bark, Wag, Go! will not be held responsible for the expenses.
